Split AC fitter — Steuben County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a split AC fitter in Steuben County, Indiana. The job is at an air conditioning service centre. You should have: • Comfortable working at height on ladders and scaffolds • ITI in refrigeration and air conditioning an advantage Day-to-day duties: • Insulate the suction line with Armaflex nitrile sleeving • Recover the refrigerant before dismantling or relocating a unit • Evacuate the system with a vacuum pump and confirm a deep vacuum • Cut, flare and bend copper pipe for the liquid and suction lines • Fault-find on PCBs, sensors and compressors with a multimeter • Mount indoor and outdoor split units on wall brackets and level them Rotating shifts.
