Chef de partie — Oscoda County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a chef de partie in Oscoda County, Michigan. Ideal candidate: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets Day-to-day duties: • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes Six days a week, one day off.
