PVC profile cutter — Scott County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a PVC profile cutter in Scott County, Minnesota. On the job you will handle: • Check the frame for square by measuring the diagonals • Drill drainage and pressure-equalisation slots in the outer frame • Cut uPVC profiles to size on a double-mitre saw at 45 degrees • Insert galvanised steel reinforcement into the profile chambers and screw-fix it • Crimp glazing beads to length and snap them into the frame • Take site measurements of openings before fabrication Ideal candidate: • Confident on the double-mitre saw, welder and corner-cleaning machine • An eye for finish — no scratches, clean welds, flush beads At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
