Injection moulding machine operator — North Somerset

Great opportunity: we are hiring an injection moulding machine operator in North Somerset, England. Day-to-day duties: • Segregate finished parts into bins and label the batches • Key in cycle parameters such as speed, feed rate and temperature • Carry out daily clean-down and 5S of the work station • Change tooling, dies and moulds during product changeovers • Record output, scrap and downtime on the production sheet You should have: • Basic record-keeping and part-counting skills • Comfortable using vernier, micrometer and gauges Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
