Requirements: • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards On a typical shift you will scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
