Power float operator — Montmorency County

Join our team: we are hiring a power float operator in Montmorency County, Michigan. You will be based on a high-rise slab pour. Ideal candidate: • Hands-on with poker vibrators, power floats and concrete mixers • Able to read structural drawings and bar bending schedules • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long hours on your feet The role involves carry out slump tests and cast cubes for the lab; give broom or steel-trowel finishes as specified; discharge and place concrete from transit mixers and pumps into the forms; fix and tie reinforcement bars and mesh as per the bar bending schedule; float and trowel surfaces with a bull float and power trowel for a smooth finish.
