Powder coating sprayer — Hamilton County

Now hiring: we are hiring a powder coating sprayer in Hamilton County, Ohio. You will be based at a fabrication and coating plant. Requirements: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth The role involves record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches. Six days a week, one day off. Performance bonus on top of base pay. $32 per hour, negotiable for the right hands. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
