Urgent requirement: we are hiring a rigger in Alfalfa County, Oklahoma. You will work at a busy construction site. Ideal candidate: • Able to inspect and reject defective lifting gear • Ability to read lift plans and rigging diagrams The role involves: • Guide loads through tight openings into their final position • Fit tag lines to control and steady suspended loads • Secure loads with turnbuckles, chain blocks and lever hoists • Take part in toolbox talks and pre-lift briefings • Inspect slings, shackles and eyebolts for wear, kinks and cracks before each use Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
