Vacancy available: we are hiring a cook in Page County, Virginia. The job is at a fast-food outlet. On the job you will handle: • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat Requirements: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
