Immediate opening: we are hiring a commis chef in Keith County, Nebraska. You will be based at a roadside dhaba. What we are looking for: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen On the job you will handle: • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
