Access control officer — Barnstable County

Great opportunity: we are hiring an access control officer in Barnstable County, Massachusetts. Day to day you will operate the metal detector and hand-held scanner at the door; man the reception desk and direct visitors to the right block; log every visitor and vehicle in the duty register; hand over the duty register and brief the next shift at handover; monitor the CCTV screens in the control room. What we are looking for: • Valid PSARA / security guard licence • Basic reading of English and local language for registers • Clean police verification with no criminal record At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. We offer $3,200 per month plus benefits. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
