Café server • Kirfi, Bauchi State

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a café server in Kirfi, Bauchi State. You will be based at a beach resort. The role involves: • Raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments • Pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place • Upsell starters, desserts and beverages • Clear and reset tables between covers You should have: • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
