Pastry baker — Gila County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a pastry baker in Gila County, Arizona. You will work at a busy bakery. You will prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough. What we are looking for: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens 4+ years on the tools preferred.
