Immediate opening: forklift operator (Tennessee)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a forklift operator in Hamblen County, Tennessee. What we are looking for: • Good awareness of load stability and health and safety • Willing to wear steel toe-cap boots and hi-vis • Comfortable working in cold store or chilled areas Day to day you will operate counterbalance and reach trucks within the marked aisles; top up the hydraulic oil and grease the mast chains; charge the forklift battery or change the LPG cylinder safely; position the forks square and tilt the mast to secure the load; keep gangways clear and observe the site speed limit; load and unload pallets from trucks and shipping containers.
