Join our team: bread baker (North Carolina)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a bread baker in Hoke County, North Carolina. You will be based in a hotel pastry kitchen. You should have: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens The role involves grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls. 1+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
