Now hiring: we are hiring a formwork joiner in Dawson County, Texas. You will work at an infrastructure construction site. You will repair damaged plywood and timber shutters; brace and strut the formwork to stop movement during the pour; assemble and align system formwork panels (Doka, Peri, MIVAN); check alignment with spirit level, plumb bob and string line; apply mould-release oil to the plywood faces before concreting; watch the formwork during concreting and tighten up any movement. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long shifts • Sound understanding of props, bracing and load-bearing Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
