Shuttering charge hand • Kware, Sokoto State

Vacancy available: we are hiring a shuttering charge hand in Kware, Sokoto State. The job is on a busy high-rise construction site. What we are looking for: • Able to read formwork and structural drawings • 2+ years on RCC and formwork on building or infrastructure sites • Knows de-shuttering times and concrete curing The role involves: • Assemble and align system formwork panels (Doka, Peri, MIVAN) • Read formwork drawings and setting-out marks to position the shutters • Brace and strut the formwork to stop movement during the pour • Seal panel joints and hold the correct concrete cover to prevent grout loss • Check alignment with spirit level, plumb bob and string line • Watch the formwork during concreting and tighten up any movement Full-time with occasional weekends.
