Power press operator — Marion County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a power press operator in Marion County, Alabama. The job is at a white goods manufacturing plant. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit to stand a full shift and lift blanks up to 20 kg • Familiar with die setting and quick tool changes • Knowledge of press safety, guarding and lockout-tagout Day to day you will operate mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic power presses; load metal sheets, blanks and coils onto the press bed; punch, blank, pierce, bend and form sheet metal components; record output and downtime on the production sheet. $26 per hour, negotiable for the right hands. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Six days a week, one day off. Contact us to fix an interview.
