QC technician • Alpine County, California

We are recruiting: we are hiring a QC technician in Alpine County, California. Ideal candidate: • Good eyesight and colour vision for visual inspection • ITI or diploma in a mechanical or production trade • Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T symbols Your main tasks: • Measure finished parts with vernier callipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges • Escalate recurring defects to the line supervisor or QA engineer • Log batch numbers, lot codes and traceability data • Record measurements on inspection sheets and SPC charts • Verify dimensions against the tolerance limits on the technical drawing Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
