Crane operator • Zapata County, Texas

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a crane operator in Zapata County, Texas. You will be based at a precast concrete yard. On the job you will handle: • Keep every lift within the safe working load (SWL) • Follow hand signals and radio calls from the banksman or slinger • Carry out pre-start checks on the crane, wire ropes and hook block • Read and interpret the load chart before every lift • Set up the outriggers and level the crane on firm ground What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of rigging and slinging • Understanding of hand and radio signals Six days a week, one day off. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Walk-in interviews this week.
