Immediate opening: we are hiring a rebar installer in Roscommon County, Michigan. The job is on a busy residential building site. On the job you will handle: • Place main bars and distribution bars to the marked spacing • Form stirrups, links and hooks to the correct dimensions • Lap and splice bars to the specified lap length • Keep the rebar stacked, tagged and free of mud and loose rust • Lift and land prefabricated cages with the crane and banksman Requirements: • Own basic tools such as pliers, tie hook, tape and level • Able to read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules Rotating shifts.
