What we are looking for: • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts Day to day you will coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar; follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules; explain the day's specials and recommend dishes; handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager; raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments.
