Rigging foreman • Dooly County, Georgia

Immediate opening: we are hiring a rigging foreman in Dooly County, Georgia. The job is at a power plant. What we are looking for: • Ability to read lift plans and rigging diagrams • Willing to work shifts, weekends and outdoors in all weather • Confident with standard crane hand signals The role involves: • Coordinate tandem and multi-crane lifts with the signaller • Set up spreader bars and lifting beams for long or awkward loads • Rig and lift structural steel, precast panels and machinery into position • Secure loads with turnbuckles, chain blocks and lever hoists • Calculate load weight and centre of gravity before every lift At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
