Fine-dining server • Bollinger County, Missouri

We are recruiting: we are hiring a fine-dining server in Bollinger County, Missouri. The role involves restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins; greet guests, seat them and present the menu; take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments; coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar. What we are looking for: • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time, day shift. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. $31 per hour, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
