Paint booth operator • Johnson County, Iowa

Vacancy available: we are hiring a paint booth operator in Johnson County, Iowa. You will be based at a fabrication and coating plant. Day to day you will mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well. Requirements: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Willing to work shifts and overtime Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off.
