Great opportunity: we are hiring a brickwork mason in Bacon County, Georgia. The role involves: • Laying bricks to the line, level and plumb • Brushing the wall down and removing mortar snots as you go • Buttering the perpends and tapping each brick down to the gauge • Pointing and repointing weathered mortar joints • Installing damp-proof courses, lintels and cavity trays • Setting out walls from the drawings and marking the brick gauge Requirements: • Able to lay to line, level and plumb consistently • Comfortable working at height on scaffolding At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
