Powder spray gun operator — Dukku

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a powder spray gun operator in Dukku, Gombe State. You will work in a busy paint shop. Day-to-day duties: • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches Ideal candidate: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
