Now hiring: we are hiring a waterproofing applicator in King County, Texas. You will be based at a busy roofing firm. You will insulate and ventilate the roof void; carry out leak inspections and patch repairs; lay underlayment and tar paper before tiling; fix clay and concrete tiles onto the battens; nail down asphalt shingles in staggered courses; seal joints and penetrations with mastic and lead flashing. Ideal candidate: • Working-at-height or scaffold safety certificate • Knowledge of both pitched and flat roofing systems Rotating shifts.
