Immediate opening: we are hiring a horizontal milling machine operator in Bucks County, Pennsylvania. Your main tasks: • Monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters • Machine slots, pockets, flats, keyways and contours to drawing • Run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production • Keep in-process inspection records and log production counts • Set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe Requirements: • Safety conscious and comfortable wearing PPE around moving machinery • Able to read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T • Good eyesight and steady hands for close-tolerance work At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Rotating shifts. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week.
