Pastry baker — Clark County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a pastry baker in Clark County, Ohio. On the job you will handle: • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch You should have: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Food handler / hygiene certificate Full-time, day shift. Pay around $2,600 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
