Formwork joiner — Lincoln County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a formwork joiner in Lincoln County, Colorado. The job is at a reinforced concrete building site. What we are looking for: • Able to read formwork and structural drawings • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long shifts • Sound understanding of props, bracing and load-bearing The role involves: • Seal panel joints and hold the correct concrete cover to prevent grout loss • Box out openings for doors, windows and service penetrations • Strike and strip the formwork once the concrete has cured • Fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure • Apply mould-release oil to the plywood faces before concreting • Erect wall and column formwork to line, level and plumb Pay around $4,800 per month, based on your experience.
