Dough maker — Montague County

Now hiring: we are hiring a dough maker in Montague County, Texas. The job is at an in-store supermarket bakery. On a typical shift you will prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight. Requirements: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • 2+ years' experience as a baker We offer $4,700 per month plus benefits. Meals and transport allowance provided.
