Join our team: we are hiring a roofer in Queen Anne's County, Maryland. You will be based at a busy roofing firm. Ideal candidate: • Confident working at height on ladders and scaffolds • Able to read roof pitch and set the falls • Knowledge of both pitched and flat roofing systems You will lay underlayment and tar paper before tiling; install metal flashing around chimneys and skylights; hang box gutters and downpipes for rainwater; seal joints and penetrations with mastic and lead flashing; set out battens to the correct gauge and spacing. Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time with occasional weekends. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
