Join our team: we are hiring a precision welder in Sumter County, South Carolina. Requirements: • Able to weld thin-gauge sheet without burn-through • Own basic hand tools and PPE • Able to read isometric and fabrication drawings On a typical shift you will feed the filler rod by hand while controlling the weld puddle; prep and fit up the joint, then lay tack welds before the full run; strike and hold a stable arc with a non-consumable tungsten electrode; grind and sharpen tungsten electrodes to the correct taper. Six days a week, one day off. Meals and transport allowance provided. $3,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Share your details and we will call you back.
