You will pull out deep dents with a slide hammer or stud welder; read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates; check alignment with measuring gauges after a structural pull; strip out lights, mouldings and trims before repair. Ideal candidate: • Confident reading insurance estimates and damage reports • Able to set up and use a frame/jig straightening bench • Attention to detail and a clean, even finish Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
