Now hiring: we are hiring a HSE supervisor in Kalamazoo County, Michigan. You will be based at a busy construction site. Ideal candidate: • NEBOSH, IOSH or a recognised OHS certificate • Comfortable working at height and inside confined spaces On a typical shift you will update the risk register and method statements (RAMS); stop unsafe work and brief the supervisor on corrective action; carry out toolbox talks with the crew before each shift; verify lifting gear, slings, shackles and crane test certificates; investigate near-misses and incidents and file root-cause reports; deliver site induction to new workers, subcontractors and visitors. Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
