Single needle operator • San Juan County, New Mexico

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a single needle operator in San Juan County, New Mexico. You will work in a small denim manufacturing unit. You will topstitch and edge-stitch with the correct margin for a clean finish; clear thread jams, re-time the looper and oil the machine before the shift; operate single-needle lockstitch, overlock and flatlock machines on a production line; change needles, presser feet and folders to suit the fabric and operation. You should have: • 2+ years on industrial sewing machines in a garment factory • Understands fabric types and how to handle knits versus wovens At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
