Coating plant operator • Ejigbo, Osun State

Now hiring: we are hiring a coating plant operator in Ejigbo, Osun State. Day-to-day duties: • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness You should have: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
