Immediate opening: we are hiring a powder coating operator in Sutton County, Texas. Day to day you will degrease and clean metal parts before coating; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage. Requirements: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
