Great opportunity: we are hiring a JCB operator in Girei, Adamawa State. What we are looking for: • Valid heavy equipment / plant operator licence • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and noise • Knowledge of pre-start inspections and basic machine maintenance The role involves keep a safe distance from excavation edges and overhead lines; operate the boom, stick and bucket to dig, lift and place material; load trucks with spoil, aggregate and overburden using the bucket; carry out daily pre-start checks on engine oil, coolant, hydraulic fluid and track tension; grease the pins, bushings and slew ring at the start of each shift.
