Immediate opening: dough maker (Delta State)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a dough maker in Isoko North, Delta State. What we are looking for: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Food handler / hygiene certificate On the job you will handle: • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Pay around ₦105,000 per month, based on your experience. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
