Now hiring: we are hiring a paint booth operator in Dixon County, Nebraska. You will be based at an automotive components factory. Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms Your main tasks: • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
