Machine setter-operator — Shoshone County

Join our team: we are hiring a machine setter-operator in Shoshone County, Idaho. You will work at a busy manufacturing plant. The role involves: • Load raw material and feed stock into the machine hopper • Top up coolant, lubricant and hydraulic oil levels • Record output, scrap and downtime on the production sheet • Measure parts with vernier calliper, micrometer and go/no-go gauges • Monitor gauges and stop the machine when readings drift • Set up and start the machine as per the job card What we are looking for: • Comfortable using vernier, micrometer and gauges • Good attention to detail and steady hands • Able to stand for long hours on the shop floor At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
