Immediate opening: we are hiring a powder coating technician in Orhionmwon, Edo. Requirements: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting The role involves mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage. ₦220,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
