Vacancy available: we are hiring a lathe programmer-operator in Pulaski County, Georgia. You will be based in a tool room. You should have: • Experience with carbide tooling and insert selection • Confident with micrometers, vernier calipers and bore gauges On the job you will handle: • Adjust feeds and speeds to control the surface finish • Top up coolant and clear swarf from the bed • Set tool offsets and establish work zero (G54) • Change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear • Run first-off inspection and sign off the part Six days a week, one day off.
