Waitress • Taos County, New Mexico

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a waitress in Taos County, New Mexico. You will work at a busy restaurant. You should have: • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages Day-to-day duties: • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) • Raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager • Carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table Pay around $4,600 per month, based on your experience. Meals and transport allowance provided. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
