Powder coating operator — Union County

Join our team: we are hiring a powder coating operator in Union County, Indiana. The job is in a busy paint shop. Your main tasks: • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape You should have: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
