Concrete labourer • Gezawa, Kano State

Great opportunity: we are hiring a concrete labourer in Gezawa, Kano State. You will be based on a high-rise slab pour. Requirements: • ITI in masonry or civil work an added advantage • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long hours on your feet • Comfortable working at heights and on scaffolds The role involves: • Give broom or steel-trowel finishes as specified • Set out levels with a spirit level, line and pins • Carry out slump tests and cast cubes for the lab • Erect and align timber and steel shuttering before each pour • Float and trowel surfaces with a bull float and power trowel for a smooth finish • Compact fresh concrete with immersion poker vibrators to clear honeycombing At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
