Backhoe operator wanted in Waupaca County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a backhoe operator in Waupaca County, Wisconsin. You will be based in a demolition and site-clearance yard. You will load spoil into tippers and dumpers cleanly without spillage; keep the cab clean and oil-free and report defects promptly; dig and trim drainage channels and attenuation ponds; work to laser, GPS or 2D/3D machine-control guidance; strip and stockpile topsoil ready for reuse; track the machine on and off low-loaders for transport. What we are looking for: • Valid CPCS/NPORS card or local heavy-equipment licence • Reliable, punctual and able to get to site 3+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Pay around $190 per day, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
