Now hiring: we are hiring a quality checker in Winneshiek County, Iowa. Ideal candidate: • Good eyesight and colour vision for visual inspection • Willing to work rotating and night shifts • Understanding of AQL sampling and tolerance limits On the job you will handle: • Carry out first-article and in-process checks on the production line • Raise non-conformance reports and tag rejected batches • Verify dimensions against the tolerance limits on the technical drawing • Compare components against approved samples and engineering drawings • Draw samples from batches according to AQL sampling plans • Operate height gauges, profile projectors and coordinate measuring tools We offer $3,600 per month plus benefits.
